About Text
Hardcloud is all new, it is a true reflection of the people involved. That means Ian, Roger, Clive, Matt, Tobie...that's us! You can read a bit more about us individually further down the page, but for now more about why we started Hardcloud.

Surfing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, bmxing, mountain biking, moto-x, drinking, listening to music...we all do at least three of these things each, and that is what Hardcloud is about.

We wear what we sell and we hope you find something to inspire you, if we don't send us an email (info@hardcloud.com) and abuse us until we do have something you like. As surfers and all the rest of it the things that influence us in everyday life are pretty simple, listening to a new track for the first time, surfing at our local break (Wittering rocks!), going out with our mates. These are the things that help us decide what kind of clothes to offer.

The Hardcloud team have all been involved in running websites for the last 5 years so we all have a pretty clear idea of what is needed. Customer service is important to everyone so rest assured we will break our backs to sort problems, answer emails, make sure you get your stuff on time etc.

Anyway here's the dream team...

Ian Madden (Big E)
12 years experience in surf/skate/snow retail. Founder of the first proper action sports website...got bored. Surfs (badly), wakeboards (less badly) used to skate Southsea in the days of the Abrooks, likes holidays to hot places.
In summary - athletic (skinny), nose 80% of total body weight, funny (yeah right)

Roger Moon (Scrawn)
10 years abusing computers, 5 years in the surf/skate trade. Founded the first proper action sports website with Ian a few years ago, now seeks new challenge! Surfs too much (poo stance), hates snow! Well known for wearing elasticated waist cargo pants well into his twenties but thankfully now cured.
In summary - funny, likes living in a loft apartment, is worried about hair loss.

Clive Milverton (Lofty)
Likes going naked fishing with his brother, surfing, mountain biking, motorbikes and birds (feathered variety). Hard working and conscientious he is a solid fixture in the team.
In summary - doesn't like dwarf jokes, strong, short legs.

Tobie Charlton (The Zip, Monkey Boy)
Tobie is no longer the newest member of the Hardcloud team. In the distant past he was skilled in the ancient art of high street retail, but that is another story. Tobie is into all active stuff including mountain biking, skating, snowboarding, skim boarding, surfing (kind of!), and DJ'ing.
In summary - with all the stuff he does he is always to busy to have a decent haircut...118118 anyone!

Ben Watkins (Gentle Ben)
Gentle Ben is a double addition to the team all in one. Not only is he the mail order assistant but built in model, for our website. Works hard, surfs hard, and plays hard.
In summary - Equally at home rushing around the warehouse & answering your e-mails as he would be oiled up on a calendar for the ladies.

Chris Moore (To be decided)
Chris is the latest addition to the team and we are glad to have him on board. The full time graphics genius and in at the deep end. We are learning more about him everyday and will soon be updating this section with some interesting stuff!
In summary - Doesn't like wearing shorts

Dan Edwards (Dan The Grom)
Our very own student and part time graphics genius! The Grom is one of the rare breed of students that actually realise there are two eight o'clocks in one day. When not at Uni he is an integral part of the hardcloud team.
In summary - Interests include growing his hair, designing stuff, surfing, and mastering the stranger!
