Ok how do we get you your stuff?
All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc). Items can be delivered on our next working day or two working day (48 hour) as long as they are ordered before 14:00 hours (Mon - Fri). If you order before 2pm on a Friday and choose Next Working Day your delivery will take place on Monday. All orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be sent Monday.

For our next day delivery service we use DPD, who offer a one hour delivery slot to stop you from waiting in all day. Before they send the goods out for delivery in the morning they will send you a SMS text message and an e-mail telling you within which hour time-frame they expect to deliver your goods. For this reason we encourage you to include your mobile phone number and an e-mail address of which you can check your details when placing an order.

What happens if I'm not in to accept my delivery?
Orders sent for next day or two day delivery require a signature on receipt. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
We use DPD and the Royal Mail for our deliveries. Both will try to deliver at the delivery address first and if there is nobody in they will try again the next day. If after two attempts the delivery cannot be made they will leave a calling card and take the parcel to your local sorting office / delivery depot.
