Delivery
Ok how do we get you your stuff?

Hardcloud will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc). Items can be delivered on our next working day or two working day (48 hour) as long as they are ordered before 14:00 hours (Mon - Fri).

The standard post option normally takes 3-5 working days (Mon - Fri). If you live in a far away location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for our UK deliveries.

The delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

3-5 day delivery up to 30kgs = £2.95
Two working day (48 hour) delivery up to 30kgs = £4.95
Next working day delivery up to 30kgs = £5.95

Orders sent for next day or two day delivery will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.

Please note we cannot accept next day or two day (48 hour) deliveries to the following postcodes.

IM - Isle Of Man, BT - Belfast, IV - Inverness, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles. TR20,21,22,23 - Truro, HS - Isle Of Lewis, ZE - shetland, GY - Guernsey, JE - Jersey

All next day or two day orders to these postcodes will be amended to 3-5 day delivery @ £2.95. Please ensure you select the correct delivery option.

International deliveries are done via the Royal Mail or Parcel Force Euro 48hours service. The delivery charge for orders to mainland Europe and the Republic of Ireland (weight up to 30kgs) is £15. Delivery time is 2 - 5 working days. The delivery charge for orders outside of mainland Europe is calculated on the weight of the items and the destination country, when ordering please select the country for delivery in the address field and the £15 delivery option, we will then advise you of the exact cost of the delivery charge via email, you can then decide whether you would like to continue with the order.
